Yes I have a brand new Soundcloud Account! It’s a work in progress, and am happy to share this first preview of The Pirate Song. I will be posting new songs and demos over the coming weeks and months. I hope you enjoy them!
Pirate Song: Preview Edit
Cornwall. One of my all time favourite places that I must revisit. This song is a memory of the images Cornwall presents me with its fabulous coastline and atmosphere. Mevagissey harbour is a particularly classy place to hang around in. A single of this song was planned to be released at the time, but unfortunately it came to a halt. Here’s a sample of The Pirate Song, a full version release tba.
Recorded at Kate Bush Studios Wickham Farm and Pete Townsend’s Eel Pie Studios in 1980. The Pirate Song features Preston Hayman on Drums, Kevin McAlea on Keyboard, Paddy Bush, Ivan Penfold & Clive Frampton on backing vocals. I play all guitars, base guitar and lead/backing vocals.
Music & Lyrics by Brian Bath. Additional Lyrics by John Carder Bush.
